About us

Førstehjelperen AS is a company in Norway that offers first aid courses, lifesaving courses and first aid equipment to consumers and companies all over Norway.

We have conducted traditional first aid courses for many years, and approx. 12,000 complete courses with us every year. Covid-19 led us to develop online courses as an alternative to traditional courses.

We have created online courses in several languages for the Norwegian market, and now we also offer courses for an international market.

Our goal is for as many people as possible to learn basic first aid so that they can help in an emergency. Everyone can do something, and a little help is better than no help.
